# Account

> You can manage all your personal and subscription-related settings.

To access this section, click on your **name and avatar** located at the **bottom left corner** of the screen.

Here’s what you can manage:

* **Profile** – Manage your personal information
* **Notifications** – Customize your notification preferences
* **Subscription** – Manage your current plan (Free or Paid)
* **Rewards** – Track your referral rewards and free conversation credits
* **Get help** – Access support and product documentation
* **Terms & policies** – View our terms and privacy policies
* **Logout** – Sign out of your NeoPal account

### Profile

Manage your personal details here, including:

* Name
* Email
* Password
* Profile picture

### Notifications

Stay informed without getting overwhelmed.

In this section, you can choose which types of notifications you’d like to receive. NeoPal offers two main types:

#### Push Notifications

* All inbox activity
  * A new message arrives
  * A new conversation starts
  * A customer has an active cart
  * A customer begins checkout
  * A purchase is completed

#### Email Notifications

* Inbox activity
  * A new conversation starts
  * A customer has an active cart
  * A customer begins checkout
  * A purchase is completed
* Automation flow updates
  * A flow is triggered
  * A flow completes successfully
  * A flow fails to run
* New contact captured
* Product tips and updates

  Push notifications require permission from your device or browser. Some iOS versions below 16.4 may not support them.

You can unsubscribe from NeoPal emails at any time. For details, review our [Privacy Policy](#).

### Subscription

By default, your account starts on the **Free plan**.

You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime through the [Plans & Billing](https://docs.neopal.ai/plans) page.

If you’re on a paid plan, you’ll be able to:

* View your current plan benefits
* Upgrade to a higher tier
* Downgrade to Free if needed

### Rewards

Earn free conversations by inviting others to try NeoPal!

Each successful referral gives **both you and your invitee 1,000 free conversations**.

  Free conversations earned through referrals expire **1 year** from the date they’re added to your account.

To view your referral stats, go to the **Rewards** tab.

Here you’ll see:

* **Link views**: How many people have clicked your referral link
* **Total available**: The number of free conversations currently available
* **Upcoming**: Conversations you’re about to receive
* A breakdown of each referral reward entry
