# Plans & billing

> This page covers available plans, pricing details, billing information, and answers to common questions.

By default, you’ll start on the **Free plan** right after installing NeoPal.

### Free plan

The **Free plan** is ideal for new or small stores exploring AI shopping assistants for the first time.

It includes all the features available in the Pro plan, with the following usage limits:

* Up to **100 AI replies** per month
* Up to **100 product training** in your knowledge

### Pro plan

When your store starts gaining traction, it’s the right time to upgrade to **NeoPal Pro**.

**Pricing**

* **\$20/month** (billed annually)
* **\$24/month** (billed monthly)

  You can enable auto-continuation at a rate of **\$0.01 per additional AI reply**.

  Charges will be billed every time your extra usage reaches **\$5**, or after **5 working days**, whichever comes first.

### Billing

NeoPal subscriptions are billed directly through your Shopify account. You can manage your billing details from your **Shopify Admin > Settings > Billing > Subscription** section.

* You’ll receive invoices as part of your regular Shopify billing cycle.
* Upgrades take effect immediately.
* Downgrades will apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
