Billing

NeoPal subscriptions are billed directly through your Shopify account. You can manage your billing details from your Shopify Admin > Settings > Billing > Subscription section.
  • You’ll receive invoices as part of your regular Shopify billing cycle.
  • Upgrades take effect immediately.
  • Downgrades will apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
