Subscription

By default, your account starts on the Free plan. You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime through the Plans & Billing page. If you’re on a paid plan, you’ll be able to:

• View your current plan benefits
• Upgrade to a higher tier
• Downgrade to Free if needed

Rewards

Earn free conversations by inviting others to try NeoPal! Each successful referral gives both you and your invitee 1,000 free conversations. To view your referral stats, go to the Rewards tab. Here you’ll see:

• Link views: How many people have clicked your referral link
• Total available: The number of free conversations currently available
• Upcoming: Conversations you’re about to receive
• A breakdown of each referral reward entry
