In this section, you can choose which types of notifications you’d like to receive. NeoPal offers two main types:
Push Notifications

Email Notifications
- Inbox activity

Push notifications require permission from your device or browser. Some iOS versions below 16.4 may not support them.
Subscription
By default, your account starts on the Free plan.
You can upgrade to a paid plan anytime through the Plans & Billing page.
If you’re on a paid plan, you’ll be able to:
- View your current plan benefits
- Upgrade to a higher tier
- Downgrade to Free if needed
Rewards
Earn free conversations by inviting others to try NeoPal! Each successful referral gives both you and your invitee 1,000 free conversations.
Free conversations earned through referrals expire 1 year from the date they’re added to your account.
Here you’ll see:
- Link views: How many people have clicked your referral link
- Total available: The number of free conversations currently available
- Upcoming: Conversations you’re about to receive
- A breakdown of each referral reward entry
