You can manage your plan from your NeoPal Admin > Account (at the bottom of the sidebar) > Subscription and choose your desired plan.

You can manage your plan from your NeoPal Admin > Account (at the bottom of the sidebar) > Subscription and choose your desired plan.You can downgrade anytime from the Billing section. You’ll retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. After that, your usage will be limited according to your new plan.
